Chef Cesar Pinacho
Chef Cesar has over 21 years of culinary experience. Raised in Orange County, California, Chef Cesar’s first role in hospitality began with Commune Hotels and later as Executive Chef at Double Tree Anaheim. A graduate of the Institute of Culinary Arts Escoffier in Mexico, Chef Cesar is dedicated to only sourcing quality and local ingredients. He credits his early inspirations to Mukimon, the traditional art of decorative garnishing. Here at The FIFTH, Rooftop Restaurant & Bar, Chef Cesar’s goal is to make every bite a full Southern California experience. When not in the kitchen Chef is a dedicated family man who enjoys time with his kids and his dog Oliver.
